Dart Marketing ("Dart," "we," "us," or "our") is a full-stack growth marketing and creative agency operating through offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at dartmarketing.io (the "Site"), through our advertising on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and in the course of providing our services. It also explains how we use, share, and protect that information.
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on our Site (for example, our contact form or talent pool application), request a proposal, or communicate with us by email or phone, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, job title, and the contents of your message or application.
Information collected through lead ads and forms on Meta platforms. When you submit an instant form attached to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you enter in that form. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company, and your answers to any qualifying questions. Meta’s handling of your data is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and how you interact with the Site. This includes data collected through analytics tools and advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel.
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other channels such as Google and LinkedIn. We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools (including server-side tools such as the Meta Conversions API) to measure ad performance, understand how visitors use our Site, and deliver more relevant ads. This means that certain information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, may be shared with Meta, which acts as a data recipient for ad delivery and measurement purposes.
You can control how Meta uses your data through your Meta Ad Preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly via aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.com. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not function properly without them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we process your personal information on the basis of: your consent (for example, when you submit a form or accept cookies); our legitimate interests (for example, operating and promoting our business and responding to inquiries); performance of a contract (for example, delivering services you have engaged us for); and compliance with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at umair@dartmarketing.io. We will respond within 30 days (or within 45 days for requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus any period required for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Because we operate across multiple countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and Pakistan. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the Site.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at umair@dartmarketing.io or through our contact page.
